Penthouse by the Quantocks

Penthouse by the Quantocks is a top-floor apartment in West Quantoxhead, near Watchet, a short way from Bicknoller. It sleeps four. The pub is next door, the shop is half a mile away and the beach is two miles away. Watchet is three miles.

The open-plan living area has Chesterfield-style seating, a large Smart TV, a dining table and patio doors onto private decking. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a super-king-size four-poster bed, an en-suite shower room with a WC, and its own balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a king-size on request, and opens onto a second balcony. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside, the balcony has furniture for eating and there is a table and chairs on the decked area, with hooks for storing bikes. There is CCTV at the front of the pub.

Three dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.

It suits two couples, or a family of four with dogs, who like to eat on a balcony and want the pub on the doorstep.
