Wendy's Cottage

Wendy's Cottage is a four-bedroom house in Minehead for up to eight guests. The king-size bedroom has a TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The double and the two twin rooms each have a TV too. Beyond the en-suite, there is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail, and a ground-floor shower room, so three bathrooms in total.

The living space is a kitchen-diner with a Smart TV, a separate sitting room and a utility room. The kitchen is stocked with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A highchair is available. Gas central heating, super-fast broadband, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The rear garden is enclosed and rises over several levels, with a lawn, patio and furniture. Parking is off-road for one car. Electric car charging is available, though an app has to be downloaded to pay for it. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The shop is 0.5 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach a mile. It suits a large family or two couples with children who want separate bedrooms and a garden.
