Lily House

Lily House is a detached house on a quiet road close to the centre of Minehead and its sea front. A shop and pub are three minutes' walk away, and the beach is twelve.

Four bedrooms, all on the first floor, sleep 8: a super king-size, a king-size, a twin and a set of children's bunks. The bunks are for children, so the adults take the other three bedrooms. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a ground-floor shower room with its own separate WC sits just inside the back door.

Downstairs there is a sitting room either side of the hallway, and a kitchen with a dining area and a woodburner. The utility room leads out to an enclosed lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. The house has a dishwasher and washing machine, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, a starter pack for the fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. For young children there is a travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate.

Off-road parking is for one car. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. It suits a family or two couples who want to walk to the shops, the pub and the sea front.
