Archie's

Archie's is a single-storey apartment in the heart of Minehead, with both bedrooms on the ground floor. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the second room is a twin, so it sleeps four. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC.

The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, a dining table that seats four and a sitting space with a smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is underfloor heating, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Behind the flat is an enclosed rear courtyard with seating, and the apartment has one designated parking space for a car. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Stag and hen parties are not accepted. The owner only takes seven-night stays running Friday to Friday. A shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. It suits a small family or two couples who want to walk to the shops and pubs without using the car, and who can book a full Friday-to-Friday week.
