Villina

Villina is a detached, single-storey house on a generous plot in Compton Dundon. A quiet lane leads to a large private driveway that takes four cars, and the house sits back from the road. From the spacious hallway with its wooden flooring you reach an open-plan living space, a utility room and a conservatory.

The open-plan room has skylights, a mounted television and a corner sofa with an armchair. The kitchen has an island with breakfast-bar seating, a range cooker with oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge and a microwave. In the conservatory a larger dining table and a sofa face the garden, under a vaulted ceiling with doors outside. The TV has Sky, WiFi is included and an air source heat pump supplies underfloor heating.

The three carpeted bedrooms sleep six: a twin off the hallway, a double, and a main bedroom with a double basin and walk-in shower in the room. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. A highchair and cot are available on request. The rear garden is enclosed, with lawn and decking, and the shop is 0.1 mile away and the pub 0.4 miles.

No pets, smoking or vaping are allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. The owner cannot accept Thursday changeovers. It suits a family or two couples who want a single-storey house, plus space for several cars.
