The Stables

The Stables is a studio-style cottage for two, positioned between the villages of Crowcombe and Stogumber. Everything is on the ground floor: one open-plan room holds the king-size bed, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a TV and WiFi. The kitchen is compact but well equipped. Oil central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside there is a garden with a sheltered seating area, and a hot tub is listed with the cottage; a table and chairs outside give a second place to eat.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Parking is off-road for one car, and the nearest shop and pub are 1.2 miles away. A good housekeeping bond is payable. The Stables can also be booked together with The Outlook, and the two sleep up to nine between them.

It suits a couple, with or without one dog, who want a single room to live in and a hot tub to use.
