First-floor Georgian apartment with oriel window

The Oriel is a first-floor apartment in a Georgian building in Bath, set between Royal Crescent and The Circus and overlooking a secluded square. The large oriel window that gives it its name lights the lounge and diner, which has high ceilings, a circular dining table in the window and a Smart TV with a DVD player and a DAB radio. Films and games are provided, and there is a complimentary sofa bed in the lounge.

The kitchen next to it has granite worktops and an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a table-top freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Guests also get a welcome pack and internet access.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size room with a view of the square, a TV, and a table and chairs in the window, and a twin room that also faces the square. They share one shower room with a WC. The apartment is booked for four guests, and the sofa bed does not add to that.

An entry phone is in operation, so the owner may be able to see guests entering and leaving the property. There is no outside space, though the square has a grassy garden and Royal Victoria Park is within 300 metres. Parking is on the street, and pubs and shops are under 500 metres away. Dogs are not allowed. It suits two couples, or a small family who want to be among the Georgian terraces.
