Argyle Upon Avon

Argyle Upon Avon has two bedrooms, each with a 6ft 6in superking bed that can be made up as twins on request, and it sleeps four. One bedroom has large sash windows. A bathroom with a shower over the bath serves both rooms, and a utility cupboard under the stairs holds the washing machine/dryer and a coat rack.

The Georgian-era apartment is on the east side of the River Avon in Bath, close to Pulteney Bridge. Henrietta Park, Sydney Gardens and the Holburne Museum are nearby, while the shops, Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths and the Theatre Royal are across the bridge.

A hallway leads through to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Three tall windows light the lounge, the middle one arched, and there is a marble fireplace, high ceilings, a Smart TV and a central dining table near the kitchen area. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge with an ice compartment. Internet access and a welcome pack are provided.

An entry phone controls access. There is no outside space, but riverside walks along the Avon are close by. Parking is on-street or in nearby car parks, and pubs and shops are within 200 metres. Dogs are not allowed. It suits friends sharing, or a family that wants two matching bedrooms.
