There are two bedrooms. One has a 6ft double bed that can be made up as a twin on request; the other has twin beds that can be made up as a 6ft double. The single bathroom has a roll-top slipper bath, a walk-in shower and a WC, so four guests share one bathroom.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, fridge and freezer. Also provided are a welcome pack, a DVD player and a Bluetooth radio.
The apartment has no outside space, though the green in front of the Royal Crescent is 100 metres away. Pubs and shops are within 200 metres, and the Assembly Rooms are within half a mile. Several car parks lie within 1 mile.
It suits a couple or a small family who are happy to walk everywhere. Dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
