Bathwick Retreat

Bathwick Retreat is a mews house in the eastern part of Bath, close to the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, each with its own shower room. This suits two couples or a family who want a city base with a parking space and places to walk nearby.

The first-floor living room has skylights and a gallery, with a step up from the hallway. A Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system and electric fire are provided. The kitchen has an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for keeping clothes and dog towels ready between outings.

One bedroom has a king-size bed. The other has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be made into twins on request. Both have en-suite shower rooms, while a separate WC is on the ground floor. Arrange the twin configuration before arrival if the two guests using that room want separate beds.

Private parking is provided for one car and there is an EV charger at the property. Sydney Gardens and the canal are within 300 metres, as are a shop and pub. One dog is allowed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. Consider the first-floor living spaces when deciding whether this layout works for your group.
