Two-bedroom Mark house with woodburner and dishwasher

The Little Vicarage sits in the Somerset Levels village of Mark, with a shop 0.1 miles away and a pub at 0.2 miles. Two pubs are within walking distance, and a takeaway van sometimes calls at weekends. A tree-lined driveway runs in through large gates to the house, with parking on the driveway.

Downstairs, the sitting room has a woodburning stove and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney+ (guests sign in with their own accounts). The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and dining space for four. Heating is oil-fired central heating, and fuel and power are included.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms: a king-size with built-in wardrobes and an armchair, and a double. The bathroom has a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A cot and a highchair are available. The house sleeps four, and bed linen and towels are supplied. At the front there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. WiFi is included. It suits two couples or a small family who want a stove-warmed evening and a village they can walk around.
