Magnolia Barn

Magnolia Barn is a barn conversion in the village of Mark, on the Somerset Levels, taking four guests. The shop is 0.7 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles, which keeps a walk to either within reach.

Entry is through a boot room into a kitchen/diner with tiled floors. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a cloakroom sits at the same end. The sitting room has an armchair, a three-seater sofa and a TV, with WiFi throughout. Heating is Calor gas central heating, and fuel and power are included.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The main room has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. The twin room is served by a separate shower room with a walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels are included.

The garden is enclosed, with a patio, a barbecue and seating. Off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the owner's paddock can be used to exercise a dog. The external steps visible in photographs are not used to reach the property. Smoking is not allowed.

It suits two couples or a family of four, and a dog owner will find the paddock useful.
