Seaholm

Seaholm is a semi-detached house in Brean, with views across the Bristol Channel from the main upstairs bedroom and the first-floor bathroom. The back garden gives private access, by a few external steps, onto the seven-mile beach below. The village shops, cafes and pubs are within a mile.

The front door is reached by external steps up to a raised patio with seating. The lounge has a wood burner, with the first basket of logs provided, a Smart TV and French doors to that patio. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, an American fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and it connects through an archway to the dining room.

There are three bedrooms. A king-size on the ground floor sits beside a shower room. Upstairs, a second king-size has French doors to a Juliet balcony, and a twin looks towards Bleadon Hill. The first-floor bathroom has a freestanding bath, a separate shower and a WC. Smart TVs are fitted in the lounge and both king-size bedrooms. A travel cot and a highchair are available.

The back garden is enclosed, with a patio, seating and a gas BBQ. Private parking is for three cars. One dog is allowed, with additional charges, and the garden steps lead straight onto the sand. Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is before 10:00. It suits a family or two couples who are comfortable with the external steps at the front and in the garden.
