Fairway View 24

Fairway View 24 is a single-storey lodge in the grounds of a country club in Brean, looking over an 18-hole golf course. It sleeps six in three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, a double and a twin. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The open-plan living space joins the kitchen, dining table and sofas, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside, a private driveway takes three cars and a decking area has furniture facing open fields. There is gas central heating, a TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The lodge does not take children under 12 or stag, hen or similar groups, and it cannot accept check-ins on a Sunday or check-ins and check-outs on a Tuesday. Day passes for the site's gym, indoor swimming pool and clubhouse are not included in the stay; they are bought at the site office, and the facilities should be confirmed as open before you travel. A shop is 0.4 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles. It suits a group of adults, or a family with older children, who want a golf-course setting with a coastal base for six.
