Ocean Breeze

Ocean Breeze is a ground-floor flat in the seaside town of Brean, with two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a lounge/diner with a double sofa bed. That adds up to six places to sleep. The one bathroom has a bath, a basin and a WC.

The lounge/diner has a dining table for six. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the property also has a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Heating is central, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two cars can park off the road, and there is a small lawned area at the front of the flat. Entry is through a shared hall that leads to other flats. Vans and minivans are not accepted on the site, only cars. Pets are welcome, up to two well-behaved ones, and smoking is not allowed.

The shop is a seven-minute walk away and the pub two minutes. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a small family or a couple with friends who would like the ground floor, with parking for two vehicles.
