Sea Breeze

Everything in Sea Breeze is on the first floor, set back from the main road in the seaside village of Brean. The shop, the pub, a restaurant and an amusement park are all a two-minute walk away, and so is the beach, which is why a car is rarely needed for a day out.

The flat sleeps six. The bedrooms are a double and a twin, and the sitting room has a double sofa bed with the dining area alongside it. There is a single bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, basin and WC. The radiator switch for the bathroom is outside its door.

In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a small fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The sitting room has an electric fire and there is also an electric panel heater. The TV picks up Freeview, there is a DVD player, and WiFi is included. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are in the rent.

Parking is off-road for one car, and the site accepts cars only, so vans and minivans are turned away. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or a group of friends, up to six, who want a beach holiday on foot rather than by car.
