Royal Crescent Prospect

Royal Crescent Prospect is a first-floor Georgian apartment in Bath that sleeps five. Two floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room look onto Royal Crescent and Royal Victoria Park, and the room has a stone and cast-iron fireplace, wood panelling and a dining table that seats five. Books, games, DVDs, a TV and a DVD player are provided.

The kitchen sits behind vintage wedding doors. It has two electric ovens with a grill, a gas hob, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer. Internet access is included, along with a welcome pack.

The main bedroom has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. A mezzanine level adds a single bed, suitable for adults and for children over 12. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be made up as a super-king-size. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the layout.

Children under 12 cannot stay, so every guest will be an adult or at least 12. There is no outdoor space, but Royal Victoria Park is on the doorstep. Charlotte Street Car Park is less than 100 metres away, and the surrounding streets also offer parking. A shop and a pub are within 500 metres. Dogs are not allowed. It suits two couples, or a group of friends or an older family.
