4 The Stoneyard

The river is 0.1 miles from 4 The Stoneyard, as are the shop and the pub, and from the balcony you can watch the water go by. It is a three-storey, reverse-level townhouse in Bath, one half of a matched pair, and booking it together with number 3 gives a party of 12.

Start at the living floor. A single first-floor room holds the kitchen, dining table and sofa, with patio doors out to a balcony that has furniture. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, wine chiller, kettle and toaster.

The three double bedrooms are split between the bottom and top of the house. Two sit on the ground level: one has an en-suite bath with a shower over, and the other relies on a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower. The third is on the second floor with its own en-suite walk-in shower, so the house has three bathrooms for up to six guests.

Heating comes from an air source heat pump, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent. A TV and WiFi are provided, and a highchair and stairgate are available. There is off-road parking for one car. The house does not take pets, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.
