3 The Stoneyard

3 The Stoneyard is a townhouse in Bath, spread across three floors, with the shop 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles. It is one of a pair of homes on the same development, and it can be booked together with number 4 to sleep 12.

Both ground-floor bedrooms are doubles. One has an en-suite bath with a shower over, and the other uses a shower room on the same floor with a walk-in shower. The third double bedroom is at the top of the house and has its own en-suite walk-in shower, which gives three bathrooms for six guests. The main living space is on the first floor: an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and patio doors to a furnished balcony.

Heating is by air source heat pump. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and WiFi and a TV are provided. A highchair and a stairgate can be supplied. Off-road parking is for one car only. The house does not take pets, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a family or two couples who can manage with a single parking space and want most of the beds on the ground floor.
