Nile Street House

Inside the front door of Nile Street House, the hallway has a downstairs WC on the right and a compact kitchen on the left. The kitchen has a gas oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, plus a coffee machine and a breakfast bar with two stools. Beyond is the lounge and diner, with a dining table, a Smart TV and an echo dot, and French doors to an enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture.

The house is in a terraced street close to the centre of Bath. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the family bathroom: a king-size room with two sash windows over the terraces, and a room across the landing with zip-and-link twin beds that convert to a super-king on request. It sleeps four. A welcome pack and Wi-Fi are provided.

Parking is on the street or in surrounding public car parks, subject to availability, with Charlotte Street the closest. Shops, a pub and restaurants are about 500 metres away, Royal Victoria Park 300 metres, and the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa 0.5 miles. It suits a family or two couples who want a small garden and do not mind walking. Dogs are not allowed, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am.
