New Brunswick

New Brunswick is on the ground floor of a converted Georgian block in Bath. A small hallway, with a utility cupboard that houses a washer/dryer, leads through to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner under high ceilings with ornate cornices and sash windows.

The kitchen has a central island, an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and a coffee machine, and the dining area has a table and seating for four. The owner has provided a selection of books and board games, and there is a TV in the lounge.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The main one has a super-king zip-and-link bed that can be made up as twins on request, a decorative fireplace, a Smart TV and plenty of storage. The second has a double bed and fitted cupboards. A Jack and Jill bathroom serves both, with a bath, a shower over it and a WC.

There is no private outdoor space and no parking of your own: parking is on the street or in surrounding public car parks, subject to availability. The pub and restaurant are 450 metres away and a shop 600 metres. The Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa are each about 0.5 miles away, and the Jane Austen Centre and Victoria Art Gallery 500 metres.

It suits two couples or a small family who want a ground-floor flat and will walk. A welcome pack and Wi-Fi are included. Dogs are not allowed.
