Marmaduke House

Five bedrooms, each with a bathroom or shower room close by, make Marmaduke House a practical fit for a group of ten in Bath. On the first floor are a king with an en-suite shower room and two twins, one with its own en-suite and one using the shower room across the hall. The second floor has two doubles, each with an en-suite.

Downstairs are a hallway, a living room with a decorative fireplace and the kitchen, which has an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The whole group can eat together around the ten-seater dining table. A cloakroom with a WC is on the ground floor, and a utility room holds the washing machine. The lounge has a TV, DVD and a music docking station. Welcome packs and Wi-Fi are included.

Through the back door is a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, and private off-road parking takes up to three cars. A shop is 200 metres away and a pub and restaurant 300 metres. Royal Victoria Park is 300 metres off and the Botanical Gardens 0.5 miles.

It suits a large family or two families travelling together. Dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is before 10am.
