Peipards Barn

Peipards Barn is a stone barn conversion on a working farm, in the village of Freshford near Bath. It sleeps twelve, with a maximum of ten adults and two children.

All six bedrooms are on the ground floor. Three are king-size, one is a king-size zip-and-link that can be set up as twins, one is a double and one is a bunk room. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and shower and a walk-in wardrobe. Four bathrooms serve the house: that en-suite, two shower rooms with walk-in showers, and a bathroom with a bath. The bunks carry rules: children under 6 must not use the upper bunk, children under 3 must not use the bottom bunk, and the weight limit is 120 kg.

The open-plan kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a wine fridge and undercounter fridge and freezer units. The lounge has a wood-burning stove, the first basket of logs is supplied, and there is a Smart TV. A highchair and a travel cot are available.

Outside there is a private garden with seating, a built-in BBQ, a pizza oven and a large outdoor dining area, with lawn for garden games. Parking is private and takes multiple cars, and there is an EV charging station. Two dogs are allowed and additional charges may apply. Because this is a working farm, dogs stay on a lead. The pub and the shop are half a mile away. Booking the barn together with other properties adds room for a further 10 guests.

It suits two or three families, or a group of friends, who want a bedroom each on one floor and room to cook together.
