33 Crescent Gardens

33 Crescent Gardens is an end-terrace townhouse over three floors in Bath, set up for large family gatherings. The ground floor holds a sitting room with an open fire and a sofa bed, a kitchen/diner and a shower room, plus a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC.

All five bedrooms are upstairs. The first floor has two doubles and two twins, with a bathroom containing a bath and a shower, and a second twin-bedded room on the second floor has its own bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. In total the house sleeps 12. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and there are a TV with Freeview, a DVD/Blu-ray player, two music docks, WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Gas central heating is supplemented by the open fire, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Out at the back, an enclosed courtyard has outdoor seating and a barbecue. Three cars can park off the road. A cot and a highchair are available, and the nearest shop and pub are less than 200 yards away. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable.
