Parking comes first at Holly View, because the apartment has none of its own. Charlotte Street car park is under 250 metres away and the Lansdown Park and Ride is 1.5 miles off. Weston Lane, half a mile away, has unrestricted on-street space subject to availability.

The apartment is on the second floor of an 18th-century Georgian terrace in Bath and sleeps four. A long hallway links every room. The super-king bedroom overlooks the chimney tops and can be made up as twins on request, and the twin bedroom is at the front of the building. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

At the end of the hall, the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a Smart TV and a breakfast bar. The brand new kitchen has a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Bedding for the sofa bed can be arranged on request for one additional guest, though the apartment is booked for four. A welcome pack and Wi-Fi are included.

There is no outdoor space of its own, but a leafy garden sits just opposite the building. The pub is 100 metres away, and a shop and restaurant are 150 metres.

It suits two couples or a family of four who are happy to leave the car in a car park. No dogs are allowed.
