Highbury

Highbury is a semi-detached house in the city of Bath, with a shop 0.4 miles away and a pub 0.8 miles. What sets it apart is the back garden: it is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio and furniture, and beyond it a woodland area with private, gated access to National Trust fields.

The house has a sitting room, a separate dining room and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The two bedrooms are a king-size and a twin. A bathroom with a bath and a shower over serves them, and a cloakroom with a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC is separate, so the house has one bathroom. Gas central heating is fitted, and WiFi and a TV are provided. Bristol and Glastonbury are both within reach for day trips from the city.

Off-road parking is available. A highchair and a travel cot can be supplied. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple or a small family who want a private garden and field access while staying in Bath.
