Goldings

Goldings is a detached modern bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wells, within walking distance of the old centre and of the Wells Leisure Centre. Everything is on the ground floor, from the sitting room with its dining area to the kitchen and the single bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it.

There are three bedrooms: a double, a twin whose beds zip and link and can be made up as a super-king-size double on request, and a 4ft double. The bungalow sleeps 5. A travel cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and the sitting room has a Smart TV with Freeview. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Gas central heating warms the house.

Outside, a lawned garden wraps round the side and rear with a paved covered area. Off-road parking is there for 3 cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. A pub and a shop are a 15 minute walk away.

Bookings run for a full week only, always starting on a Friday, which suits a family or a small group who plan their stay around that day.
