Spire View

Spire View is a house for four on an elevated plot in the middle of Wells, reached by brick steps through the garden. The lounge has a woodburner, a Smart TV and a bay window with a seat that looks over the garden to the spire beyond. Across the hall is a king-size bedroom with a window seat and a Smart TV, and the central shower room with WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and an air fryer, and a utility cupboard holds the washing machine. Beyond the breakfast table is a conservatory with a dining table, a flame-effect gas fire and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, 6ft in length, an en-suite shower room with WC and a Smart TV. An air filtration system runs through the house.

The enclosed garden has a patio with furniture, a charcoal barbecue and bench seating. A path runs down to a gated parking area for two cars. Bike storage is possible by prior arrangement with the owner. The shop is 150 metres away, the pub 700 metres and the beach 18 miles.

Up to two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is before 10:00. It suits two couples or a family of four who want to walk into Wells and park the car behind a gate.
