Garden Flat

The Garden Flat sleeps four and is close to the Royal Crescent and The Circus in the middle of Bath. It is entered down a flight of steps from the street, which gives it a tucked-away feel. The sitting room has vintage chandeliers, books, board games and a Smart TV.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a super-king that can be made into twins. A family shower room with a WC is on the same level. A small flight of stairs leads to the kitchen and dining area, where French windows let in the daylight. It has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a washing machine and dryer.

For families with little ones, a baby cot, a highchair and a baby bath are available. A welcome pack and internet access come with the stay. On arrival there is a complimentary bottle of white wine, sparkling water and chocolates.

The quiet courtyard garden is enclosed and has outdoor furniture. Parking is unallocated on-street parking in a nearby car park, and charges may apply. A pub is 10 metres away and a shop is 350 metres away. Dogs are not allowed. It suits a family with a baby or two couples who are happy with a few steps.
