Garden by the Sea

Garden by the Sea is a single-storey house in St Georges, 3 miles from Weston-super-Mare and near Hewish. Everything sits on one level: a sitting room with an electric fire, a kitchen, and a conservatory dining room alongside it.

There are two bedrooms, each with its own TV. One has a king-size bed and the other is a twin, and the house sleeps four. A single shower room serves both, with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and gas central heating is run with fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a private driveway takes three cars, and the garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.6 miles and a lake 0.9 miles. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Days out include Weston-super-Mare's Grand Pier and The Helicopter Museum, the Somerset Brick and Tile Museum in Bridgwater, and Wells Cathedral. It suits two couples or a small family who want everything on one floor, with a dog in tow if needed.
