Dunes Edge

Dunes Edge is a house in Berrow, near Brean. The beach, the beach bars and a shop are within walking distance, and Berrow beach is dog friendly all year round. A bus stop at the top of the road gives a link along the coast.

The ground floor has an open-plan hallway with seating and an electric fire, a lounge with a 55-inch Smart TV, Xbox One, Sky TV and Netflix, and a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an air fryer, a Nespresso machine, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A ground-floor shower room has underfloor heating and a power shower. Upstairs, the four bedrooms sit on split levels with a few dividing steps: a super-king, a king-size, a double and a twin, each with its own TV. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Wi-Fi is included.

The lawned garden has a patio with furniture, a gas BBQ, garden games and a climbing frame with swings and a slide, and there is a hot tub. An outdoor plunge pool is available from mid-May to mid-September. The summer house holds a slate bed pool/snooker table, and there is a competition-standard table tennis table and a dartboard. Parking is private and off-road, set back from the road.

Two dogs are allowed, with additional charges. Catering and prepared meals can be arranged with the owner, subject to availability. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. It suits a family or two couples travelling together who want games and a hot tub on site.
