Drover's

Drover's is a one-bedroom cottage attached to the owner's home in Sutton Mallet, a small village on the Somerset Levels, near Othery. It sleeps up to three, using a super-king-size bed in the bedroom, which can be set up as twins on request, and a sofa bed downstairs.

The open-plan sitting room has a dining area and a woodburning stove, and the cottage's fuel, power and logs for the stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. The bedroom is on the first floor under a beamed ceiling. The shower room is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a halogen hob, a microwave, an under-counter fridge/freezer, a small freezer and a dishwasher. Guests can use the owner's washing machine. Heating is LPG central heating plus the stove, and there is a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and WiFi. A toddler bed or cot, a baby bath and a highchair can be provided.

Outside there is a lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. Parking is off the road for one car, and there is storage for bikes. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the owners do not take bookings from workers or constructors. The shop and the pub are both two miles away.

It suits a couple, or a couple with a toddler, who want a woodburner and a garden for barbecues.
