Little Barnhouse

Once a coach house, Little Barnhouse has two double bedrooms for four guests and stands in Middlezoy, near Othery. A private door off the shared driveway opens into a single open-plan room that keeps the exposed stone and the original arch. The kitchen, renovated in 2026, has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, with a breakfast bar for meals and a sofa facing the Smart TV.

The shower room opens off the kitchen, beside a winding oak staircase to the first floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms. One is a zip-and-link double that can be made up as small twin beds on request.

Bi-fold doors lead from the living space to a compact gravel courtyard with a picket fence and garden furniture, which overlooks the garden of the neighbouring property. Parking is one private off-road space, with more along the lane and in the village. The gate and entry point are covered by CCTV. The pub is next door at 10 metres, the shop is within half a mile and the beach is 15 miles off.

Dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am. It suits two couples or a small family who are happy with one shower room and a compact courtyard, and who want the pub next door.
