Bramleys Grove Cottage

Two super-king-size bedrooms make Bramleys Grove Cottage a layout for two couples. It sleeps four on a single storey, in well-kept shared gardens at Old Cleeve, 1.5 miles from Washford. Watchet Harbour Marina, 4.5 miles away, runs sea fishing boat trips, and the Quantock Hills are 6 miles in the other direction.

The living space is a lounge/diner with glass doors that slide back to the garden, with a table in the main room and the kitchen next door. The kitchen has an electric oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Both bedrooms have super-king-size beds that are zip-and-link, so they can be arranged as singles if discussed in advance. The family bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC.

Blue Anchor beach is 1 mile away, and the South West Coast Path can be picked up there for the 2.5-mile walk to Dunster. Washford is 1.5 miles off and Exmoor National Park 3 miles. On the patio are outdoor furniture and a barbecue, and the cottage sits within 1.5 acres of mature gardens that are shared. Parking at the cottage is for one car, and an extra space may be possible if arranged beforehand.

Two dogs can stay, with additional charges possible. The pub and the beach are both 1 mile away and the shops 3 miles. The cottage suits two couples travelling together, since each has a bedroom to themselves. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
