The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a wall-mounted Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine, and a utility area holds the fridge/freezer and space for coats and boots. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and a TV/DVD. One has a compact en-suite shower room with a WC, and the other bathroom has a shower over a three-quarter bath.
The spacious illuminated patio, with seating, overlooks the enclosed garden and the view to the sea. A smaller sheltered raised patio has seating and loungers. A secure shed in the back garden is there for bicycles.
Private off-road parking takes two cars. EV charging is not permitted at the property, and the nearest charge point is at Dunster Steep car park, 2.9 miles away. One dog is allowed, with additional charges possible, and dog towels are provided. Dogs must stay on a lead except in the enclosed rear garden. A courtesy phone is available. Arrival is from 14:30 and departure is before 10:00.
It suits a couple, or two couples, with one dog who want a sea view and their own parking.
