30 West Street

30 West Street is a house over three floors in the town centre of Watchet, with a shop 0.1 miles away and a pub 0.3 miles away. It sleeps 8 and takes up to three pets.

On the first floor are a king-size bedroom and a single bedroom with a trundle bed, served by the family bathroom with its freestanding bath and hand-held shower. The second floor has another king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin. The first-floor king-size has a lockable enclosure where a dog can rest overnight.

The sitting room has an open fire, and the kitchen/diner has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and plenty of seating. WiFi and a TV are provided, gas central heating is on, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The house does not provide cots, highchairs or stairgates, so bring your own for an infant. There is an enclosed courtyard, with a further fully enclosed area behind it.

Parking for two cars uses two permits in the car park opposite the property. Check-in is at 4pm, a refundable good housekeeping bond is payable, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a group of friends or a large family travelling with dogs.
