Cruckton

Cruckton is a three-storey townhouse in Watchet, near the harbour and marina. It sleeps six in three bedrooms. The house suits a family or friends who want to stay in the town and return to an enclosed courtyard, with off-road parking for two cars rather than relying entirely on public spaces.

The current room list gives a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There are two bathrooms: an en-suite shower room with WC and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. A further WC is on the ground floor. Bedrooms are spread through the house, so the stairs are part of everyday use.

The lounge has a Smart TV and an electric fire designed to look like a wood burner. It is an electric appliance, so guests do not need to bring logs. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and air fryer. A washer/dryer is provided for laundry during longer stays.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard has a barbecue and rattan seating. Two cars can park off road at the property; an adjacent public car park provides additional paid spaces and public EV charging. The chargers are in that public car park, rather than a private facility at the house. One dog is allowed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
