Three-storey Watchet townhouse for six with courtyard, 2 dogs

Croxteth is a three-storey townhouse in Watchet, on the Bristol Channel coast. It sleeps six. The shop, pub and beach are all less than a mile away, and the West Somerset Railway station is 325 metres off.

The ground floor has the hall, a kitchen/diner, a lounge with a Smart TV and patio doors, and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a washing machine. On the first floor are a king-size bedroom with a Juliet balcony, a bunk bedroom with a view towards the railway station, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The king-size bedroom under the eaves on the second floor has its own en-suite shower room and Velux windows with rooftop views.

The enclosed courtyard garden has seating and a gas barbecue. Private parking is for two cars. A public car park adjoins the property, where further parking has an additional charge, and the EV charging points in it are also charged for. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. A travel cot and a highchair are available. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.

It suits a family of six, or friends, who want to walk to the harbour and don't mind climbing two flights of stairs.
