Wassail

Wassail is a two-bedroom house in Glastonbury, within walking distance of shops and pubs. It sleeps four, in a king-size bedroom that has a roll-top bath in the room and a twin bedroom with two 2ft 3 beds. The neighbouring property can be booked alongside it to bring a group up to six.

Downstairs, the sitting room has a gas fire with a wood-burner effect, a Smart TV and bi-fold doors to outside. The kitchen/diner has French doors outside, a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A ground-floor WC off the lounge holds the washing machine. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, next to a shower room with a WC. A travel cot and high chair are available.

The patio is enclosed and has a herb garden, garden furniture, a fire-pit and a charcoal BBQ, and there is a dog shower. Guests can also use a shared, secluded stretch of lawn overlooking a community nature reserve and dog-walking field. Parking is private and off-road, for two cars.

One dog is allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 5pm and departure is before 10am. The owner offers reiki and hypnotherapy sessions that can be booked during a stay. It suits a couple or small family with a dog who want to walk into town.
