Tor View Farm Barn

Tor View Farm Barn is a detached barn conversion on pastureland about two miles south of Glastonbury. It is reached along a long shared drive, and everything inside is on the first floor, up an external staircase to the main door.

The lounge has a vaulted ceiling, a wood burner with logs included, a Smart TV and a DVD player. Next door, the kitchen/diner has a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge with an ice compartment and a dishwasher, and you can see Glastonbury Tor from the table. Both bedrooms open off the lounge: a double, and a super-king that can be made up as twin beds on request. The super-king looks into the lambing barn on one side, and the bathroom the two bedrooms share, with a bath, a separate shower and a WC, has a view of the barn too.

A lawn wraps around the side and rear of the barn, with garden furniture, a covered seating area with benches and a charcoal BBQ. Off-road parking at the front holds two cars. The shop and pub are two miles away and the beach is 13 miles.

Two dogs are allowed and additional charges may apply, but the owners keep sheep on site, so dogs must stay under strict control outside the property. Check-in is from 4pm and departure is before 10am. It suits two couples or a small family who are happy with a farm setting and an outside staircase.
