Sleeps 4 2 beds 1 bath

First-floor apartment for 4 with private entrance, 2 pets

Cosy Nest is reached up steep steps, on the first floor of a 130-year-old building put up with stone from Glastonbury Abbey. The address is West Pennard, near Pilton, and the abbey itself is in Glastonbury. The apartment has its own private entrance, and the owner lives on site in the apartment directly beneath.

Two bedrooms hold a king-size bed and a double, and the apartment sleeps four. The single bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with an ice box, and there is a separate sitting room with a TV. WiFi is included, along with gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available.

The patio is private, not enclosed, and has furniture. Off-road parking takes 2 cars. A pub is 70 yards away, and the nearest shop is 3 miles off. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The building stands near a road that is typically busy only in the mornings. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits two couples, or a small family who can manage a flight of steep steps and want a pub close by.
