Tilia Barn

Tilia Barn is a two-bedroom holiday home in Wincanton, one of three barn homes that can be booked together for up to 12 guests. On its own it sleeps four. The parking comes with an electric charger point.

The master bedroom is a mezzanine-style king-size with its own en-suite, a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and it is air conditioned. The second bedroom is a ground-floor twin whose beds zip and link, and it can be made up as a super-king-size on request. A ground-floor bathroom has a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan space. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. Heating comes from an air source system, and the Smart TV and fibre optic WiFi are included. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are in the rent. A cot and highchair are available.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio, furniture and a Weber BBQ, and there is optional communal space as well. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the pub 0.9 miles. Pets are not accepted, smoking and vaping are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Best for a family of four, or two couples, who want a barn home with a car charger.
