The Stone Barns is a barn conversion in Evercreech, a few streets from the village, with Shepton Mallet three miles further on. Shops, pubs and restaurants are a 12-minute walk away.
The whole property is on one floor. The open-plan living area has a kitchen-dining area with a large table and a sitting area with a three-seater recliner sofa and three armchairs, each with a footstool. A wall-mounted Smart TV has a DVD player and Freesat. Underfloor central heating is fitted, and fuel and power are included.
There are three bedrooms and all have en-suites. The king-size room has a bath with a shower over, the double by the entrance has a shower, and the twin has a shower. Six guests is the limit. The kitchen has an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer, a dryer and a fridge/freezer. WiFi is provided. Bedding and towels are supplied, though guests should bring their own beach towels and tea towels. A cot and a highchair are available on request.
The private garden is enclosed and partly lawned, with a patio and wicker-effect furniture. Parking is off the road for 2 cars. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
It suits a family or three couples who want their own en-suite bedroom each and no stairs between them and the kitchen.
