Coombe Lodge

Coombe Lodge is a family house in Croscombe, a quiet village near Shepton Mallet, and it sleeps 5. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a lounge with a Smart TV and a flame-effect electric fire, a dining room, a utility room and a wet room with a shower and WC. Three bedrooms are on the first floor: a double under the eaves, a second double with countryside views and a single with the same outlook. A separate WC and a small study area complete that landing.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice compartment, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The lounge has a glass door to the garden, and meals can be taken in the dining room or out on the patio.

At the back, the split-level garden has views over the hills, a furnished patio, a decked corner with seating, and an enclosed lawn at the bottom for garden games. Private parking is for 3 cars. The shop and pub are 0.5 miles away, and the beach is 22 miles. Towels are included. Dogs are not allowed. Because there is only one wet room for five people, and every bedroom is up a flight of stairs, it suits a family with older children or friends who are fine with that arrangement.
