The Stables

The Stables is a barn conversion on one level, with exposed ceiling beams, half a mile from the village of Evercreech and near Shepton Mallet. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, a dining table and a lounge with a Smart TV. Along the corridor are two bedrooms, both with an en-suite shower room and a Smart TV: a king-size that converts to a twin on request, and a second king-size. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the layout, giving three bathrooms for four guests.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with an ice compartment, a wine cooler and a Nespresso machine. The washing machine is in a storage space in one of the bedrooms, and hairdryers are provided in the bedrooms. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Outside is an enclosed patio garden with lawn, outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ, an outdoor sink and a hot tub. Private parking is for 2 cars and an EV charger is on site. Two dogs are allowed, with additional charges possible. The village shop and a pub with a restaurant are within 0.5 miles. Check-in is from 3pm and departure is before 10am. The barn suits a couple or two couples who want en-suite rooms and a hot tub, with a dog or two.
