The Piggin

Guests at The Piggin get an enclosed patio with a fire-pit and a charcoal BBQ, and the shops and pubs of Glastonbury are within walking distance. The house is built for two: one double bedroom upstairs, with a bathroom beside it that has a roll-top bath, a separate shower and a WC. A neighbouring property can be booked alongside, and together the two take up to six guests.

Downstairs is a single open-plan living area with bi-fold doors to outside, a Smart TV and a table and chairs tucked under the stairs. The kitchen next to it has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A travel cot and high chair are available.

Past the patio, guests can use a shared, secluded patch of lawn beside a community nature reserve and dog-walking field. Parking is private and off-road, for one car.

One dog is allowed, extra charges may apply, and the house has dog washing facilities. Arrival is from 5pm and departure before 10am. The owner also offers reiki and hypnotherapy sessions that guests can book. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want to walk into town and have a patio to come back to.
