The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy spreads over three floors and was once part of the main farmhouse at Chew Stoke, so it is attached to neighbouring properties. It stands within the grounds of a working farm, with Blagdon Lake 1.5 miles away and Chew Valley Lake within 2.5 miles, and Blagdon is nearby. The booking is for three guests.

The ground floor starts with an entrance area for coats and shoes, then a living room with a sofa and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has a Belfast sink, a skylight, an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. A cloakroom with WC finishes the floor, and patio doors open to the courtyard garden.

On the first floor are a shower room and the second bedroom, whose single bed can be made into a king-size on request. The master bedroom is on the second floor, set under the eaves, with a king-size bed.

The courtyard garden is enclosed and has outdoor furniture, and two cars can park. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The shop and pub are both two miles away and the beach is 17 miles. Animals roam the farm from the entrance across the whole site. Dogs are not allowed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.

It suits a couple, or a couple with one child, who are happy with stairs between three floors and a farm setting.
