The Old Bakery

The Old Bakery is a 17th-century cottage in Crowcombe, in the Quantock Hills, sleeping four. Downstairs are a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a twin bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite with a roll-top bath and power shower.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine; a tumble dryer is shared. There is a TV with a DVD player and WiFi. Oil central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and a cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Outside is a small private patio and garden with a table, chairs and barbecue, and guests can use the shared games room.

Two pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed. There is ample off-road parking. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles. The cottage can be booked together with Flora's Barn, and the two sleep up to eight.

It suits a small family or two couples with a dog or two, who want a ground-floor twin room, a woodburner for the evenings and a village pub close at hand.
