Studio Apartment

This ground-floor, single-storey studio sits on the edge of Minehead and sleeps two. The king-size bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and there is a TV. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Outside is a private garden with a gravelled area, a lawn and furniture, and the studio has off-road parking for one car. WiFi is available only when you are in the garden, not inside the studio. Electric central heating is on, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the studio does not accept stag, hen or similar parties. The minimum stay is three nights, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Minehead Seafront and the six acres of Blenheim Gardens are the nearest outings, and Exmoor National Park and the National Trust's Dunster Castle and Watermill are within driving distance. A shop is 0.9 miles away, a pub 0.5 miles and the beach 1.6 miles. It suits a couple who want a simple studio with a king-size bed, a kitchen area and their own garden, and who are not relying on in-room internet.
