Hardings cottage

Hardings Cottage is a single-storey home in the centre of Minehead for two guests. The kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room, with a sofa and armchair facing the TV, WiFi, an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer sit in an external utility room.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. A step leads up into the living space and four steps lead up to the bedroom, so take care on those. Behind the cottage is a small enclosed courtyard with furniture. There is electric central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is on the road: there is space outside for loading and unloading, and unrestricted roadside parking nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Minehead Beach and the esplanade are the closest outings, and Dunster Castle is among the sights nearby. A shop is 0.1 mile away, a pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.9 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a couple who want a town-centre base with the shops and seafront close by and do not need a second bedroom.
